You will leverage clinical diagnostics expertise to influence purchasing and deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate has a background in sales or lab operations, a related degree, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in sales or lab operations.
• Alternate: Associate's degree with 5+ years in related field.
• HS/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience can compensate.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and drive retention, including renewals.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on value expansion and profitability.
• Provide technical and operational support, including assay integrations and implementations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, Technical Service, and Finance.
