Qualifications

• Ability to travel 50% within the territory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems and instruments to ensure performance and compliance.
• Diagnose issues across multiple complex instruments and document resolutions.
• Manage customer issues from start to finish, maintaining excellent service and communication.
• Plan service visits, maintain inventory, and support on-call rotation.
