Encore Semi, Inc. is seeking a Senior DFT Engineer to lead test architecture and implementation for complex SoCs. You will work with design and verification teams to drive DFT requirements from RTL through silicon bring-up, delivering high-coverage test solutions.

This full-time role is remote in the USA with an annual base salary between $135,000 and $150,000 plus comprehensive benefits and bonuses. Required: 8+ years ASIC DFT, IEEE 1687 IJTAG, Tessent, Verilog/SystemVerilog, and scripting in

Competenze

• 8+ years ASIC DFT engineering experience.
• Strong IJTAG (IEEE 1687) experience with ICL and PDL formats.
• Deep proficiency with Tessent tool suite.
• Solid simulation and debug skills (Xcelium, VCS, QuestaSim).
• Fluency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and scripting (Tcl, Python, or Perl).

Mansioni

• Architect, implement, and verify DFT structures (Scan, MBIST, Boundary Scan) for next-generation ASIC/SoC designs.
• Develop and integrate IJTAG networks across IP and SoC levels.
• Perform test insertion, ATPG generation, and fault coverage analysis.
• Run and debug gate-level simulations with zero-delay and timing annotations.
