IT Labs in Europe seeks an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to help banks and insurers modernize operations using AI, automation, and cloud-native tech. You will design secure CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC, and collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and resilience across cloud environments.

The role requires 5–10 years in DevOps/DevSecOps, strong AWS and Kubernetes experience, and excellent English.

Formación

• 5–10 years in DevOps/DevSecOps/platform engineering.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security controls.
• Designing automated CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
• IaC expertise with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with security scanning, compliance controls, and secure software delivery practices.
• Excellent English communication; EU location required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for AI/cloud solutions.
• Implement IaC across cloud platforms using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Embed automated security scanning and compliance guardrails into the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and container strategies (EKS/AKS).
• Administer cloud IAM, networking, and monitoring for high availability.
• Collaborate with security teams on pentesting and incident readiness.
• Support secure deployment of AI services and cloud-hosted apps.
