Job summary

VIA invites a Senior DevOps Specialist to lead deployment, security, and reliability for its cloud-based data protection platform. You’ll own infrastructure components, implement AI-driven automation, and shape DevOps practices across teams.

Your role emphasizes security controls, IaC, and scalable pipelines, with collaboration across engineering and security to meet stringent requirements and accelerate deployment in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role in a high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, Unix/Linux, DNS, storage, firewalls, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Shape and operate infrastructure and deployment systems for cloud environments.
• Drive reliability, observability, and incident response practices.
• Champion security and compliance aligning with CJIS, CMMC and SOC2 requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and product teams to prioritize infrastructure work.
• Identify and implement AI tools and agents to automate remediation and diagnostics.
