Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to join our Cloud Platform Engineering team, building a Modern SaaS platform with an automation‑first mindset. This role is hybrid-remote: fully remote for many, with routine in-office time for local applicants, and requires strong Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DevOps / production operations experience.
• 5+ years of Cloud Native application delivery experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins).
• Intimate knowledge of public cloud infrastructures (GCP preferred, AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, IAM, networking, storage, virtualization.
• Expert level in Helm, K8S, Istio, GCP/AWS/GKE/EKS, Terraform, SRE/DevOps practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Experience building automation and deploying software with CI/CD and Progressive Delivery.
• Strong development experience in Python, Terraform, Golang, Java, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux-based systems and runtimes.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Cloud Platform Infrastructure Team, focused on building hybrid-cloud solutions.
• Build automation for CI/CD and cloud-native applications delivery.
• Enable all development teams with cloud-native workflows and toolsets to automate software delivery at scale.
• Design and build secure, scalable platform tools for enterprise use.
• Document architecture and implementation solutions clearly.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, testers, and development teams.
• Troubleshoot and support the current cloud platform in production.
