Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s leading online pharmacy, is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to secure development and deployment across cloud-native and Kubernetes environments. You will work closely with MLOps, Data Science, AI and Engineering teams to embed security into the software lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on DevSecOps experience, prefer a senior/staff level, and can automate security guardrails in pipelines using GitHub/GitLab, with Python and Azure/AWS familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevSecOps / Application Security Engineer with end-to-end security across cloud-native and Kubernetes environments.
• Ability to own complex security topics and translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD security and GitHub, GitLab or comparable tooling, automating guardrails and checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated security testing and controls.
• Strengthen application and cloud-native security across Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Translate security requirements into practical guardrails, standards and solutions for AI/ML/Data Science teams.
