Job summary

PLANIT Group is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer (Remote) to strengthen security across the software development lifecycle. The role collaborates with development, operations, and security teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud resources, and enhance system performance.

The ideal candidate will have 13–20 years of experience in DevSecOps or security engineering, with deep knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP security services, containers, and IaC tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 13–20 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps, security engineering, or cloud security.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Programming/scripting skills (Python, Java).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for secure deployments.
• Experience with security automation tools and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks.
• Secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Automate security tasks using Python/Java and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to enforce secure coding practices.
