Job summary
Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to scale and maintain our public safety platform. You will focus on reliability, automating deployments, and observability across AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana.
You will own CI/CD pipelines, build internal tooling, and support on-call rotations while collaborating with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to improve deployment workflows and platform health. 5+ years in a similar role and strong cloud experience are required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps, Platform/SRE, or related infra role.
- Hands-on with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
- Familiarity with GitOps practices and ArgoCD.
Responsibilities
- Improve infrastructure reliability and availability.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve observability with monitoring, logging, alerting.
- Build internal tooling to boost developer productivity.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Product teams.
