Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to scale and maintain the infrastructure powering our public safety platform. You will improve reliability, automate deployments, and enhance observability.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Security, and cross-functional teams to ensure secure, highly available cloud infrastructure and robust CI/CD pipelines. You will work with ArgoCD, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Grafana, and AWS/Azure in a remote-friendly role, driving platform reliability and developer

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related infrastructure-focused role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines for application builds, testing, and deployments.
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD.
• Experience with scripting or programming to automate infrastructure operations, improve developer workflows, and build internal tooling.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of technical projects, and partner effectively with engineering teams.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve platform observability with monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting.
• Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual processes and boost developer productivity.
• Own and drive infrastructure projects for long-term scalability, stability, and health.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Drive DevOps best practices and deployment workflows with platform reliability.
