Job summary
Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our public safety platform. You will focus on reliability, automation, and enabling engineers to deliver software efficiently.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure).
- Experience designing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with GitOps and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD.
- Experience with scripting to automate infrastructure operations and tooling.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability best practices.
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure powering our platform.
- Improve reliability, automation, and developer productivity.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
- Enhance observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support production systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and cross-functional teams.
