Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team and scale our public safety platform. You will own infrastructure reliability, automate deployments, and enhance observability across AWS/Azure environments using Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, and cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure while supporting a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional DevOps / Platform/SRE experience.
Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
Familiarity with GitOps practices and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and high availability.
Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
Improve platform observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
Build internal tools and automation to boost developer productivity and deployment speed.
Collaborate with engineering to establish DevOps best practices and on-call coverage.
