QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Project Manager QA/QC to lead design, preconstruction and construction on multiple data center projects. You will manage budgets, schedules and executive updates while coordinating with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers and vendors.

This role requires a strong background in commercial construction, a Bachelor’s in Science or Engineering (MBA preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel for program updates and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus and maintain updated budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Create and communicate monthly updates suitable for executive level reviews.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and operations teams to meet time, budget and quality goals.
