Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Desktop Technician to deliver a seamless end-user computing experience in a hybrid enterprise. You will provide Tier II/III support for Windows/Mac devices, manage identity and access through Azure AD, and administer Microsoft 365, Egnyte, Smartsheets, and Confluence while mentoring junior staff.

You will partner with infrastructure, security, and network teams, create user guides, and help drive continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in desktop support in a medium-to-large enterprise.
• Strong experience with Hybrid Active Directory / Azure AD.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience managing endpoints through Intune and JAMF.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience creating user guides or training materials.
• Working knowledge of Windows and MacOS environments and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III end-user device support and issue resolution.
• Lead complex troubleshooting for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and related platforms.
• Support identity and access services via Azure SSO and MDM.
• Maintain asset records and lifecycle management.
• Mentor junior technicians and create documentation for best practices.
