Job summary

Hygiena in Camarillo, CA, is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join the IT operations team. The role focuses on enterprise endpoint management, escalations, and automated provisioning for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, using Intune and Windows Autopilot.

You'll lead Tier 3 support, develop PowerShell automation, collaborate with Security and Infrastructure, and help maintain Office 365 services and network basics, while upholding security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in IT.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT desktop support, systems administration, or endpoint engineering.
• Experience configuring Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for endpoint management and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees endpoint management lifecycle, configuration, and security for enterprise devices.
• Leads Tier 3 escalations and provides technical leadership to service desk staff.
• Creates and maintains PowerShell scripts to automate deployments and admin tasks.
• Collaborates with Security and Infrastructure teams to maintain endpoint security hygiene and compliance.
• Supports Office 365 services and basic LAN/WAN networking components.
• Manages asset lifecycle and image maintenance across the organization.
• Documents SOPs and maintains end-user knowledge base for improved support workflows.
