Job summary

Hirebridge in the Washington, DC metro area seeks a Senior Desktop Support Technician to deliver advanced end-user deskside and remote support for Windows and macOS environments, including iOS devices, VPN, and collaboration tools. You will resolve complex incidents, guide users, and maintain compliant endpoints.

You will work with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Cherwell), manage AD and security controls, and assist with lifecycle management and meetings support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of end-user IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support on-site and remotely.
• Manage incident tickets and escalations with ITSM tools.
• Support security/compliance and AD administration.
• Assist with device lifecycle and asset management.
• Support NIH collaboration tools and conference rooms.
