Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Senior Engineer - End User Services to design, automate, and support endpoint management in a hybrid on-prem and cloud environment. You will focus on Windows and Apple devices, implement Intune, Entra ID, and Graph APIs, and drive security, reliability, and efficiency across HQ, distribution centers, and stores.

The role emphasizes leadership, automation via PowerShell, and collaboration with Security and IT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of enterprise end-user computing or endpoint engineering experience.
Ability to lead incident resolution and change management processes.
Advanced experience with Intune in a large distributed enterprise.
Strong Windows and Mac endpoint engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design and administer Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoints.
Collaborate with Security and Identity on Entra ID and policies.
Deliver design and support for Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint).
Lead project portion to migrate on-prem Exchange to the cloud.
Develop automation using PowerShell and Graph APIs.
Create engineering standards, runbooks, and documentation.
Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, privacy, and DR requirements.
Plan production changes with testing and backout plans.
