Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC, through Wichita Tribal Enterprises, seeks a Service Center Technician I to provide Tier I remote IT support for a federal BIA contract. This full-time role is based in Albuquerque, NM, with a salary range of $42,000 to $48,000 per year.

You will diagnose routine hardware/software issues, document incidents, follow SOPs, and escalate complex cases to Tier II/III while delivering professional, compliant service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Six months or more IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and standard office apps.
• Experience in a help desk or service center environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I remote IT support to government end users via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve routine hardware, software, OS, and peripheral issues.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier II/III as needed.
