Job summary

Spring Branch Independent School District seeks a Customer Service Engineer - Technology Services to install and maintain end-user computers and peripherals across campuses. You will collaborate with MCAs and third-party providers to resolve issues quickly and support district technology roll-outs.

The role covers Windows and Apple desktops, projectors and interactive boards, with on-site duties in various environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS.
• Advanced knowledge of PC and Apple Hardware.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain end-user computers and peripherals.
• Work with MCAs and third-party providers to resolve issues quickly.
• Support district technology roll-outs across campuses and environments.
