Job summary

Keller ISD Technology is seeking a Senior Technology Specialist to deploy, troubleshoot and resolve issues for endpoint devices across Windows and Apple ecosystems within the Child Nutrition Department. You will prioritize tasks, provide remote and field support, and document all service tickets accurately.

The role emphasizes collaborative problem solving, cross-functional work, and adherence to district policies while maintaining high standards of customer service for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years successful experience supporting users’ technology or servicing endpoint devices and software.
• Experience in K-12 education organization (preferred).
• Certification in A+, Net+ or operating system (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional service to end-users in a time-sensitive learning environment.
• Provide desk side support and remote assistance to end users.
• Escalate issues to Tier III or vendors as needed; document all tickets clearly.
