Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking an experienced End-User Support professional to deliver onsite desktop support, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and assist with hardware deployments for Windows 10/11 environments.

You will support Microsoft 365 apps, Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint management tools, while maintaining proper documentation and SLAs. Strong customer service and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise desktop support experience.
Strong experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Experience with incident management using ServiceNow.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
Active Directory and VPN support experience.
Certs: CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft desktop certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite Level 2 desktop support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, docking stations, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in Windows 10/11 environments.
Perform break/fix repairs, component replacements, and troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and support enterprise software applications and operating systems.
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
