Leidos is seeking a Sr-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Portsmouth, VA. The role involves direct desk-side support, troubleshooting and repair of IT devices, and coordination with VIP customers within the Field Services team.

The position requires DoD clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, travel to various locations, and work in challenging environments such as data centers. Pay is competitive for the government contract space.

Qualificações

• US Citizen with DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience supporting government or military IT environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10).
• Strong desk-side support and ticket-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve user computer issues (hardware/software).
• Mentor junior technicians on complex problems.
• Manage and close tickets per SLAs.
• Coordinate with teams for local/networked MFD/printers and VOIP/VTC issues.
• Provide premier desk-side support to VIP/executive customers.
• Support NMCI-related equipment moves and cabling as needed.
