Qualifications

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device management concepts.
Responsibilities
Serve as a senior escalation point for complex desktop issues.
Provide guidance to junior technicians and service desk staff.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair Windows and macOS devices.
Support user account administration within Active Directory.
Assist with endpoint management using Microsoft Intune.
