Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS preferred.
• CompTIA A+ certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of desktop support, mobile computing, or network troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator or Azure Fundamentals certifications preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Configure and support network and telephony systems (PBX, LAN/WAN).
• Install, configure, and support complex computer systems and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and assets; maintain documentation and inventory.
• Respond to incidents with adherence to SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and improving resolution rates.
