Qualifikationen

• 6+ years' experience in supporting enterprise level PCs.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word programs.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills.

• Install and support Windows and Mac OS devices.
• Monitor and update the ServiceNow ticketing system.
