Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hardware, software, peripherals, and networking knowledge.
• 7+ years of imaging and deploying computers with required software.
• 7+ years of configuring local and network printers and peripherals.
• 7+ years of migrating data and user profiles.
• 7+ years of documenting processes and procedures.
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow call tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive customer relationships and mentors others to ensure client satisfaction.
• Owns customer problems and resolves incidents with urgency.
• Communicates status of progress to the customer and teams.
• Supports Data Center Operations with file server data storage, account management and data restores.
• Collaborates with application development to identify issues at the customer level.
• Develops and maintains documentation of processes and procedures for operational standards.
