Job summary

My3Tech is seeking a Specialist- Expert to support on-site IT operations in Edenton, NC. The role requires hands-on desktop support, imaging computers, deploying software, and printer setups for users in Edenton and surrounding counties. Travel will be required, with expenses reimbursed.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow and data migration, plus the ability to document procedures and mentor others in best practices. On-site work is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years installing and imaging new computers and loading software
• 7+ years installing local and network printers and peripherals
• 7+ years migrating data and user profiles
• 7+ years documenting processes and procedures in technical field
• 7+ years working with ServiceNow call tracking system

Responsibilities

• Lead IT incident and problem service desk tickets with a focus on customer impact
• Install and image new computers and load required software for customers
• Deploy new business applications and configure printers and peripherals
• Migrate user data and profiles and maintain documentation of procedures
