Job summary

accel bi corporation seeks an experienced Desktop Support Specialist for a long-term onsite opportunity in Edenton, NC and surrounding counties. This role requires 7+ years of desktop support/IT experience and daily onsite work.

You will install, image, and deploy end-user devices, support printers and peripherals, manage Active Directory and Citrix accounts, and coordinate with network/infrastructure teams while traveling to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of desktop/IT support experience.
• Experience with imaging and deployment of devices.
• Strong hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
• Active Directory, Email, Citrix, and account administration experience.
• Excellent customer service and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $70,000 per year (inclusive of all benefits)
