Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop support experience.
• Imaging, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop systems.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and printers.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ITIL principles and ITSM processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, patch, image, and deploy desktop and laptop systems.
• Support printers, mobile devices, wireless devices, and other peripherals.
• Resolve escalated technical issues from the help desk.
• Provide professional end-user support, including executive-level users.
• Participate in and lead ITSM process improvement initiatives.
• Document issues, solutions, and support procedures.
• Prioritize and manage multiple support requests effectively.
• Deliver onsite technical support in a fast-paced environment.
