Lead Technical Recruiter at AE Business Solutions

AEBS is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to take on a contract-to-hire position in Madison! The Desktop Support Engineer should have level 2/3 support experience and be willing to work onsite in Madison most days. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience of IT Support experience in a Windows environment and be comfortable providing white glove support.

What you'll do:

• Provide workstation support including hardware and software peripherals
• Act as lead in workstation software/hardware installation
• Act as lead in workstation moves, replacements, configurations, and rollouts
• Serve as a project resource for IT projects
• Perform mobile device provisioning and support
• Assist in workstation and software patching to maintain compliance with corporate policies

What you'll bring:

• ~5 years of IT support experience in a Windows environment
• Strong knowledge and experience with installation, configuration, and management of Windows-based computers and technology
• Strong knowledge of mobile devices (iOS and Android)
• Ideal candidates will also have A+, MCTS, or equivalent certifications
