Job summary

Chandra Technologies, Inc. in Madison, WI seeks an experienced IT Operations professional to grow and operate the IT Service Management program for the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.

You will provide escalated desktop support, manage hardware and mobile devices, and drive ITIL-based improvements while partnering with executives and staff in a fast-paced government environment. This full-time onsite role requires strong technical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in desktop IT support or ITSM.

Location Requirement: Onsite or Remote? FULL TIME ONSITE. Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. Those local to the Madison area are strongly preferred. No relocation allowed.

Under the general guidance of the IT Operations Manager, this position is responsible for growing and operating the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) program at Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI). This position serves as an expert resource and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Essential duties include providing technical assistance in support and preparation of desktop supported applications and hardware. Requires knowledge of, and experience with, desktop technology including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, desktop hardware, laptop systems, desktop printer support, Android devices, iOS devices, other supported wireless devices and peripherals. This title receives escalated level support issues from help desk
