Job summary

AE Business Solutions seeks a Desktop Support Engineer for a contract-to-hire role in Madison, WI. The candidate should bring level 2/3 support experience and be comfortable providing white-glove IT support onsite in Madison most days.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT support experience in a Windows environment, with strong knowledge of Windows-based computers and mobile devices. Certifications such as A+ or MCTS are preferred.

AEBS is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to take on a contract-to-hire position in Madison! The Desktop Support Engineer should have level 2/3 support experience and be willing to work onsite in Madison most days.
