Job summary
Backblaze is seeking a Sr Desktop Support Analyst to strengthen our global IT team. You will provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS and Windows, handle complex endpoint issues, and manage lifecycle tasks from onboarding to offboarding.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional IT experience in desktop support, help desk, or endpoint engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira Service Management.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jamf Pro.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
- 5+ years of experience administering Slack in an enterprise environment.
- 5+ years of experience administering Google Workspace.
- Advanced troubleshooting experience with macOS and Windows.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management, patching, and security.
- Experience supporting remote and geographically distributed employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for macOS and Windows environments.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, application, network, and peripheral issues.
- Serve as an escalation point for high-impact incidents.
- Support onboarding, role changes, hardware replacements, and offboarding.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Provide remote support to distributed locations.
- Maintain professionalism and translate technical info for non-technical users.
- Administer Jamf for macOS and Microsoft Intune for Windows/Mobile devices.
