Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined help desk, desktop, network, and systems/server support experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Configure and provide computer support to all users to ensure uptime.
• Support all applications on end-user computers and related hardware.
• Manage trouble tickets and respond within goals.
• Imaging, data wiping, asset control, and ticket documentation.
• Oversee new hire and PC refresh deployments.
• Perform system upgrades and hardware upgrades as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams on on-premise services and servers.
• Maintain end-user Windows AD environments and provide user briefings.
