Job summary

Osaic is seeking an IT Desktop Engineer II to maintain workstation tool sets and manage hardware, OS, and software. You will deliver in-office deskside and remote support, with after-hours on-call as needed.

Role involves contributing to infrastructure projects, deploying new tools, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the business. Prior MECM/Intune imaging and AD experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in a computer support role with in-office and remote users.
• Experience diagnosing Windows platform issues and VPN connectivity.
• Imaging systems with MECM or Intune and managing hardware assets.
• Experience with BitLocker and Windows Active Directory.
• Strong customer-facing skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support major rollouts and deployments, including planning and issue resolution.
• Perform laptop imaging, desk setups, and hardware support.
• Configure, reload, update, and troubleshoot approved software.
• Inventory local equipment and run monthly checks per procedures.
• Document actions in the ticketing system for timely follow-up.
• Provide Level 1 support for in-office conference room A/V equipment.
• Contribute to workplace infrastructure projects and new tool deployment.
