Seaboard Marine is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide desktop and network support for employees, troubleshoot issues, and assist with servers and LAN operations. The role involves installing equipment, maintaining backups, and supporting wireless infrastructure.

Candidates should have four years of experience, proficiency in Windows 10/Office 365, and the ability to work across sites in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in desktop and network support.
• Experience with current Windows operating systems.
• Advanced level of Microsoft applications (Windows 10 and Office 365).
• Proficient with basic network devices installation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides desktop and network support to employees by identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Installs new equipment and software and removes old equipment, including moving to storage.
• Assists with Servers and LAN Operations and wireless infrastructure.
• Ensures proper data backups and responds to requests for support.
• Documents and escalates issues in the incident management system.
• Participates in after-hours end-user support on a rotating schedule.
