Job summary

Malibu Boats is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Loudon, TN to provide hands-on end-user, application, and on-site support for PC, server, and network infrastructure. The role involves in-person and remote assistance, documentation, and participation in after-hours rotations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years supporting Windows 10/11, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Office 365, plus hardware, VoIP, and networking experience. A+ certification and an associates degree are preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years supporting Windows 10/11.
3+ years’ experience with Active Directory/Entra ID.
3+ years’ experience with Office 365 products and admin portal.
2+ years installing and maintaining client hardware, servers, printers, and VoIP.
1+ years supporting LAN/WAN/Wireless networks.

Responsibilities

Support end-users in a responsive, service-oriented manner.
Troubleshoot servers, PCs, phones, wireless, networking, and applications.
User provisioning and deprovisioning for new hires, transfers, and terminations.
Use monitoring toolsets to ensure system availability.
Install and rack hardware in MDF/IDF network closets.
Manage IT inventory and assets; document requests and escalations per processes.
Create and update documentation regularly.
Assist hardware/software setup in person and remotely.
After-hours on-call rotation (occasional).
Frequent local on-site support; travel to remote sites rarely.
