Job summary

Malibu Boats, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on end-user, application, and on-site support for PC, server, and network infrastructure in a manufacturing setting. You will handle provisioning, hardware setup, and documentation while collaborating with team members and remote tools.

The role requires 3+ years in Windows environments, AD/Entra ID, and Office 365, with strong communication skills and a willingness to occasionally travel to remote sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Windows 10/11.
• 3+ years with Active Directory/Entra ID.
• 3+ years with Office 365 (apps and admin portal).
• 2+ years installing, supporting, and maintaining desktops, laptops, servers, printers, switches, and VoIP hardware.
• 1+ years supporting LAN/WAN/Wireless networks.
• Experience with iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with VoIP phone systems.
• Prior IT support experience required.
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
• Jira/Atlassian product suite experience preferred.
• A+ Certification preferred; Associates degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users with IT issues in a responsive and service-oriented manner.
• Troubleshooting of servers, PCs, phones, wireless, networking, and applications.
• User provisioning and deprovisioning for new hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Use of monitoring toolsets to ensure availability of systems and resources.
• Installation/racking of hardware in MDF/IDF network closets.
• Management and organization of IT inventory and assets in Asset Management Tool.
• Utilization of ticketing system to track and document support requests and escalations.
• Create and update documentation on a regular basis.
• Assist in hardware/software setup both in person and remotely.
• Occasional after-hours on-call rotation; frequent local on-site support; travel to remote sites as needed.
