Job summary

UnCruise Adventures is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver frontline technical support for office staff and shipboard crew in Seattle. You will troubleshoot Windows devices, manage Intune/365, and assist with hardware deployments across offices and vessels.

You will participate in on-call rotations, document common issues, and coordinate with vendors on IT projects while maintaining inventory and onboarding new systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of help desk or IT support experience, including remote user support.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows-based desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Business Central, Snipe-IT, ConnectWise, and Jira.
• Experience supporting office and shipboard networks; willingness to travel to vessel sites.
• Strong communication, ownership, and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage the internal IT support ticketing system with timely updates.
• Provide first-level support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
• Assist with setup and installation of hardware and software across the organization.
• Troubleshoot access, printer, network, and OS issues; maintain asset inventory.
• Support shipboard networks and onboard systems as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support when required.
• Document issues and resolutions; contribute to knowledge base.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for IT projects and rollouts.
