Job summary

Blackstone is seeking a Desktop Support and Executive Support professional to support all technology needs of our user community onsite. You will ensure the best user experience by reducing bugs and outages from new tech, coordinate with BXTI subject matter experts, and bring in new technologies to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 10+ years of technical support experience in the financial sector
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, iOS, and Office 365

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for computers, peripherals, iPhones, and iPads
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install hardware, software, and operating systems for Windows 10 and Office 365 suite
• Deliver white-glove technology experience to the senior members of the company
• Own projects and lead other team members to completion of tasks at hand
• Setup and configure workstations weekly for New Hires and moves
• Proactively identify and track problems/enhancements to continuously improve user experience
• Liaise with Infrastructure and application teams on issues that need to be escalated
• Work within help desk ticketing system (ServiceNow) to document all work performed and communication with clients
