DMI, LLC is seeking a Field Office Deskside Technician to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The role oversees IT services at Field Offices under the Service Delivery Line of Business and requires experienced hands on end-user support. citizenship. This is an on-site position with responsibilities spanning MACD actions, proactive environment assessments, and coordination with HQ to maintain reliable IT

Responsibilities

• Direct teams to deliver end-user IT support at field offices.
• Perform MACD actions for Move, Add, Change, Delete requests.
• Conduct proactive environment assessments and break/fix services to ensure mission continuity.
• Coordinate with headquarters and stakeholders to align service delivery and ensure reliability.
