Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design system across web and mobile, collaborating with engineering to ensure parity between design and code. You will drive accessibility, documentation, and governance while shaping user-centered experiences for TheraNest initiatives.

The role requires deep experience in design systems, Figma proficiency, and a passion for healthcare software. You will mentor designers and contribute to AI-enabled design workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience evolving a design system with components, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and accessible design approaches.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Advanced Figma skills including components, prototyping, and token management.
• Experience partnering with engineering on a coded component library and HTML/CSS.
• Experience using AI tools in design, research, prototyping, or documentation.
• Healthcare or data-sensitive product design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile.
• Partner with engineering to plan, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded components across responsive experiences.
• Advocate for WCAG and ADA-aligned accessibility practices and document standards.
• Maintain design system documentation, guidance, and accessibility standards.
• Support the system’s AI readiness through tokens, guidance, and connections.
• Lead design system meetings, governance, and team rituals.
• Translate user and technical needs into clear, actionable work.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing with product partners.
• Present design work to stakeholders and gather feedback to build alignment.
• Mentor other designers to raise design craft and system fluency.
