Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape and scale our design system across web and mobile. You will partner with engineering to maintain parity between design and code, ensuring accessible and intuitive experiences for TheraNest initiatives.

You will drive design system governance, mentor teammates, and produce a range of design artifacts while guiding product discussions and usability testing to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience evolving a design system with components, tokens, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution and quality of the design system across web and native mobile.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, test, and release system updates.
• Maintain parity between design and code and document usage.
• Advocate for accessibility and document WCAG/ADA practices.
• Maintain design system documentation, specs, and guidelines.
• Support AI readiness through docs, tokens, and guidance.
• Run design system meetings and governance rituals.
• Translate user and product needs into actionable work.
• Partner with product managers as UX counterpart for TheraNest initiatives.
• Produce artifacts: concepts, wireframes, mocks, prototypes, specs.
