Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution and governance of the design system across web and mobile products. You will partner with engineering to maintain parity between design and code, while driving accessibility and usability best practices at scale.

You will also collaborate with product management on TheraNest initiatives, delivering accessible, responsive experiences and mentoring other designers to elevate design craft across the team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing and evolving an effective design system with components, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and advocacy for accessible design approaches.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Advanced Figma skills including components, prototyping, branching, token management, and AI tools.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on a coded component library and understanding HTML/CSS.
• Portfolio showing design system and product design work; familiarity with AI in design/research workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between design and code across responsive experiences.
• Evaluate accessibility/usability and document accessibility standards for designers and engineers.
• Maintain design system documentation, usage guidance, and implementation considerations.
• Support AI readiness through documentation, tokens, and tooling guidance.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, and governance activities.
• Translate user and product needs into actionable design work for TheraNest initiatives.
