Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape systems and experiences across web and mobile. You will lead the evolution of our design system, its components, tokens, documentation, accessibility, and governance, partnering with engineering to maintain parity between design and code.

You will also partner with product management for TheraNest initiatives, applying product design and research expertise to create accessible, responsive, and intuitive experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design, 3+ years leading design systems used by multiple product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience evolving design systems, including components, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail and design quality.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) with experience implementing accessible design approaches.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Proven collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams in iterative cycles.
• Advanced Figma skills: components, prototyping, token management, AI tools, and parity with code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve design system components, patterns, tokens, and governance practices.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources and guide teams on component behavior.
• Build accessibility into components from the start and advocate for WCAG/ADA practices.
• Document accessibility expectations for designers and engineers across projects.
• Prepare and present design system documentation, usage guidance, and responsive specs.
• Support AI readiness through documentation, tokens, guidance, and cross-team connections.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, critiques, and governance activities.
