Job summary

Ensora Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape systems and experiences across web and mobile. You will lead the evolution of the design system, maintain parity with coded components, and partner with engineering to ensure consistency and accessibility.

You will also collaborate with product management on TheraNest initiatives, applying research and design expertise to deliver accessible, responsive experiences that scale with our growing practice network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years leading design systems used by multiple product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience evolving design systems including components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources across responsive experiences and ensure accessibility.
