Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution and governance of our design system across web and native mobile experiences, ensuring parity with coded components and accessible design practices. You will partner with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions for mental and behavioral health professionals.

Qualifications

6+ years in product or UX design, with design-system leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
Proven experience evolving design systems and governance.
Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG/ADA).

Responsibilities

Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile.
Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, review, test, quality-assure, and release design system updates.
Maintain parity between designed and coded sources, and document accessibility expectations.
Plan and conduct user research and usability testing with product partners.
Present design work to internal teams, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders to explain decisions.
