Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design system across web and native mobile experiences. You will partner with engineering to ensure parity between design and implementation while shaping accessible, scalable experiences for TheraNest users.

You will mentor designers, drive design system governance, and collaborate with product managers to translate user needs into compelling, compliant, and measurable product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design with 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience.
• Proven design system management including documentation and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of WCAG/ADA accessibility and responsive web/mobile design.
• Portfolio demonstrating design system and product design work.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution, management and quality of the design system across web and native mobile.
• Own components, tokens, docs, accessibility standards and governance.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure parity between design and code.
• Guide teams on system usage and educate across the organization.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing with product partners.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to design craft fluency.
