Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design system across web and mobile, ensuring accessibility, governance, and parity between design and code. You will partner with engineering and product teams to drive usable, scalable experiences and document best practices.

You will also partner with product management on TheraNest initiatives, conducting user research, improving components, and mentoring designers to raise design craft and system fluency across the team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design, incl. 3+ years leading design systems used by multiple product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing and evolving an effective design system with components, patterns, tokens, docs, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and accessible design.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Proven collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams in iterative cycles.
• Advanced Figma skills: components, prototyping, token management, AI tools, docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and governance of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve components, patterns, tokens, and documentation; ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, review, test, and release system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources; guide teams on component usage.
• Advocate for WCAG/ADA-aligned practices and document accessibility expectations.
• Produce design artifacts: wireframes, mockups, prototypes, specs.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing with product partners.
• Mentor designers and contribute to design craft and system fluency.
