Job summary

Ensora Health seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape systems and experiences across web and mobile. You will lead the evolution, governance, and adoption of our design system, ensuring parity between design and code while partnering with engineering and product teams.

You will drive accessibility from the ground up and mentor designers across the team. You’ll design responsive, accessible experiences, collaborate with PMs, and contribute hands‑on product work to TheraNest initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product or UX design, incl. 3+ years leading design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to evolve a design system with components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.
• Strong interaction and visual design with attention to detail.
• Advocate for accessibility, WCAG/ADA alignment.
• Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating design system and product design work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, management, and quality of the design system across web and native mobile experiences.
• Own and improve components, patterns, tokens, documentation, accessibility standards, and governance practices.
• Partner with engineering to plan, design, review, test, quality‑assure, and release design system updates.
• Maintain parity between designed and coded sources for responsive experiences.
• Build accessibility into components and patterns from the start.
• Lead design system meetings, office hours, demonstrations, critiques, and other rituals.
• Communicate updates, gather feedback, support adoption, educate teams.
